Grew up playing rugby league and pretty much any other sport I could, love skateboarding and hanging with friends. Love my pups

2 and a half years

How you started crossfit?

Tore my groin playing football and was told to find a new sport. CrossFit helped with my rehab and fed my competitiveness, I was hooked from day 1.

Why you kept doing cross fit – What keeps you coming back?

Because I sucked and it was challenging. It also filled the void that football left.

How do you drink your coffee?

I don’t drink coffee I drink thickshakes (vanilla malt) ??
