Background. What makes you, you?

I love sport, and being active and outdoors. If I’m not doin that I’m usually with my family or out with with friends.

Qualifications?

Currently studying a Bachelor of Sport & Exercise Science

Time doing crossfit?

I started at the beginning of 2015

How you started crossfit?

I started CrossFit through my mum. She would pick me up from school sport in the afternoon and I would wait whilst she did her class. I was so jealous watching and could not wait until I was old enough to start.

Why you kept doing cross fit – What keeps you coming back?

I love that you are always learning new things and there is always something to improve or progrss to. It’s also awesome being able to workout with your mates.

How do you drink your coffee?

Latte!
