Potter about on my bike. Chase after niece and nephews.
Background. What makes you, you?
I hail originally from Tasmania ( I only have one head I promise) where I spent a lot of my teenage years freezing on the Tamar river doing rowing training, Im a self-confessed caffeine and travel addict, a book geek, and known in Crossfit for my baby giraffe legs. Health promotion and preventive medicine are my passions, I ran away from full time doc work in Sydney ( when I realised it was affecting my own health) and started location and pursuing coaching up here in this glorious weather. I met Kara as part of the Crossfit Games medical team up in 2015 after she had a little altercation with some guy called Murph… and ended up here at Kova!

My older brother hassled me until I tried it… never looked back!
Why you kept doing cross fit – What keeps you coming back?
I get to feel like a big kid in a playground every time I walk into the gym. There is that constant challenge of always having something different to work on, and the daily opportunity to better yourself and your health. Most of all, it’s the amazing and unique community it breed that keeps me coming back for more!
How do you drink your coffee?
I don’t drink coffee… Just kidding. If it has coffee in it, I’m happy. Long black through to almond latte.
