How you started crossfit?

Always heard about it, and thought it sounded cool. Was sick of doing chest and biceps and wanted something that would actually improve my fitness and capabilities. Started following it online and doing workouts in my globo gym and finally built the courage to join an affiliate.

Why you kept doing cross fit – What keeps you coming back?

As stereotypical as it may sound it’s the constant challenge it presents. So many aspect that are impossible to master. Keeps it exciting! On top of that it is obviously the great friendships and friendly competition. Can’t wait to be part of the Kova community. Plus, I hear crossfit is the number one preventative of getting the dreaded dad bod. Something I fear greatly now that I am becoming a dad.

How do you drink your coffee?

Long black with a dash of milk, or ice long black in summer 🙂
