Prior to CrossFit, I played Rugby League. It is where I built most of my fitness base. In my spare time I love hanging out with my pets Kip the Greyhound & Murph the One Eyed Rescue Cat.

How you started crossfit?
I was a PT in a regular gym whilst I was playing footy. One of my workmates got me into it. I discovered the competition side of CrossFit early and decided that it is what I wanted to do.
Why you kept doing cross fit – What keeps you coming back?
I have an eternal yearning for pushing myself to be the best I can in anything. There is so much left to be discovered and improved on in CrossFit, that’s what keeps me coming back.
How do you drink your coffee?
Strong! My usual go to is a long black with dash of milk or a double shot latte if I’m out for a meal with friends.
