The Intro - For First Time CrossFitters
At CrossFit KOVA it is our priority that all of our members enter our classes feeling as comfortable and prepared as possible. For this reason, we have carefully constructed and offer an introductory process. The intro process was designed to not only prepare and educate you but also allows our coaches to gain a better understanding of how to help you on your fitness journey and offer you the service you deserve.
The intro process consists of a one hour session under the guidance of one of our KOVA coaches and one week access to CrossFit classes. Once you have completed this session you will have a basic understanding of what the sport of fitness entails, what to expect when you attend our classes, basic ammenities and services offered, and how the gym functions as a whole. This session is the perfect opportunity for our coaches to get to know you. We want to know how we can complement your health and fitness journey to the best of our ability. We encourage you to ask as many questions as possible and have fun.
The Intro process is required for anyone who is yet to try CrossFit at an affiliated CrossFit facility.
