The Class

Our CrossFit classes embody the CrossFit methodology defined as constantly varied, functional movement performed at high intensity. The workout of the day or WOD as its commonly known asĀ  runs at various times throughout the day, and you can expect to see anything from gymnastics to Olympic weightlifting, to monostructural components like running, rowing, or riding. The KOVA program has been designed by CrossFit Games Athlete, Brandon Swan, to ensure our members are consistently and organically progressing in each of the 10 physical skills of CrossFit.

It is a requirement to book in for all CrossFit sessions via our Wodify Link.
